General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the twtms platform ("Platform", "Website") and all its services. When you create an account on twtms, log in, or use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" or "Member" — a person who accesses services through a registered account on twtms.
• "Platform" — the twtms website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "Services" — online sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and all related features.
• "Money" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the primary currency of the platform.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between twtms and the user. Accessing the platform means you agree to comply with all conditions of this agreement.

Account Registration

A personal account must be created to enjoy twtms services. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts in the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted per household or from the same device or IP address.
• The phone number and email address provided during registration must belong to you personally.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to twtms immediately.

2.2 Information Verification

twtms reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Copies of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Age Verification and Identity

twtms is an age-restricted platform. These services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

• Age verification documents may be requested at the time of registration or for any withdrawal request.
• A National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate will be accepted as valid documents.
• If the information provided is found to be false, the account will be permanently closed.
• Documents may also be requested to verify ownership of a payment method.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• twtms reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawal amounts will be sent back through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Additional verification may be carried out for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

Bonuses and Promotions

twtms offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once — claiming a bonus by re-registering is prohibited.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• Certain games may count toward bonus wagering at different rates.
• Promotional bonuses cannot be used in combination with other bonuses unless specifically stated.
• twtms reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The twtms VIP program has four tiers, where regular players receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular activity and engagement on the platform.

Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the twtms platform, including sports betting, cricket, slots, live casino, and much more. All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 Betting Rules

• The outcome of each bet is determined by the platform's system and is considered final.
• If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, twtms reserves the right to void it.
• Once a bet is accepted in live betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a system or software error will be considered void.

6.2 Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twtms platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Abusing the bonus system or fraudulently claiming bonuses.
• Accessing the platform using any hacking, crawling, or automated software.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Behaving in a rude or threatening manner toward other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by twtms

twtms may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Breach of the age limit rule.
• To meet legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, all active bonus conditions must be fulfilled and any pending withdrawals must be settled.

9.1 Data Storage
